    In the current world market land is one of the most solid investments one can make.

    Banks, investment funds, international hotel groups and resort developers have all been pouring money into Brazil and now shrewd individuals are following suit, keen to secure their investments before Brazil fully wakes up to its potential and prices rise.
    Friendly people, unbeatable climate, natural beauty and colourful culture have long been central to Brazil's unique offering.     The Brazilians themselves are the country's greatest asset; they are happy, friendly and welcoming to any visitor! It’s hard to find warmer friendlier people. Brazil's mix of races makes it a culturally rich and unique country, one of the last places on earth where no-one is a foreigner, where one can change ones destiny without losing ones identity and where each and every Brazilian has a little of the entire world in his or her blood.
    With 50% of the population under 25 Brazil boasts one of the youngest populations of the emerging nations. The population is 185 million and expected to grow to 250 million by 2050 – by which time Brazil is widely expected to be one of the world's 4 biggest economies.
    We have been doing business in Natal for the past seven (7) years and have been doing very well there. We have now decided to open the doors to international investors who want to do Joint Ventures with us. Natal has the best upside potential for our investors. Situated in between Recife and Fortaleza, Natal has not yet had the same growth that the other two cities have. But the coast line is identical to Ricefi’s and Fortaleza’s coast line. White powder sand and crystal blue water. It is one of the most amazing beach fronts in the world.
    In Natal there is a beach called Ponta Negra, which is one of the most popular tourist beaches in the north east of Brazil. Three years ago you could have bought a 1000 sq m plot of land on the beach for about $100,000 US. Today, it will cost you a minimum of $500,000 Us to buy the same piece of land. Prices have been increasing at an unbelievable rate. But if you drive 20 minutes south of Ponta Negra, and remember, it is all the same coast line. The most amazing beaches you will ever see in your life. You can buy land and houses there for less then 50% of what you would pay in Ponta Negra. And the best part is that you can see that the city is expanding to the south. Within 3 years, prices in the south part, mainly Buzios beach and Tabatinga, will be comparable to the prices in Ponta Negra.
    And even in Ponta Negra, there are still some unbelievable bargains, if you know where to look. We have a team of agents on the ground in Natal. Their only job is to scout out pieces of land that are selling far under what their actual value is.
    We have a two year window to buy up property in Natal, before the prices start escalating to a point where it will not be cheap anymore. This is like buying up beachfront in Florida 20 years ago. These investments will skyrocket over the next 3-5 years.

    Why Invest in Brazil and specifically Rio Grande do Norte?
    After researching the Brazilian property market extensively, Brazil Beach Resorts decided that the North-East of Brazil offers overseas property buyers excellent value for the money and that within the short-medium return it is likely that the state of Rio Grande do Norte will outstrip other high potential areas within this particular region.
    – There is strong demand in Rio Grande do Norte for holiday homes from both the Brazilian and overseas property markets and currently not enough properties are being built to meet this growing demand.
    – Brazil has been identified by financial analysts and economists to become one of the next major boom areas around the world. It is now self-sufficient in oil and other energy types and is currently one of the major providers of iron-ore to China.
     – Foreign tourism is already experiencing significant increases (approx 30% year on year)and this is set to continue for the foreseeable future. The number of charter flights from Europe is growing significantly as well the availability of local accommodation and facilities.
    -Also the largest airport in South America and the third largest in the world is being built in Natal. It is set for completion at the end of 2011. The government is also creating a huge free trade zone around the airport, similar to what they have in Panama. This will create an enormous amount of commerce in this area.
    – Property in Brazil still provides excellent value for the money. Prices are increasing at between 20-30% per year depending on location and quality of construction.
    – Land prices are still quite reasonable in many locations though it is noticeable that in select locations these are growing at a considerable pace in certain parts of the state – notably Ponta Negra and Pipa. Suma Holding Corp. maintains a close watch over all prices and in particular those in areas that have been identified as `up and coming`. We believe that the Praia do Cajueiro (Parangi) will be an excellent future investment opportunity.
      – The wonderful and relaxed lifestyle and fabulous weather throughout the year will mean that the appeal of Natal and surrounding areas will continue to grow for years to come.
    -It is estimated that in the UK alone an extra 2.5 million people will take the plunge and invest in overseas property.
