    1. the government of africana should give them free land those empty land is there fother father's land it holds be free for them they can come one by one

    2. Sorry bredrin I was speaking about another video I saw about the disrespectful treatment of Ugandans by these Chinese devils.
      Bless up

    3. Look at the ass on that young 'thang' in the white tank top. If I was on that trip, she would HAVE to get served. I'd beat her down real quick in the dungeon.

    4. In case you did not know you always have to negotiate the price in Ghana and further Kobina said that the leasehold is for 55 years which is also negotiable because by law in Ghana a leasehold is a MINIMUM of 50 years for foreigners and a MINIMUM of 99 for Ghanaians so you can plead for a longer leasehold as well. Kobina seems knowledgable and sincere and buying from him might be hassle free, though there is probably an extra cost for documentation work and the plots are quite expensive, because even in Accra way back land used to be sold for less than 1000 dollars when it was still bush like this place, but it might be the location near the beach and the fact other people have already moved in , so there is a demand and then prices will increase

    5. as for water connection, maybe you can get it faster through your plumber who can arrange it for you, it's their work and they know the ins and outs. Well for electricity, the process is straight forward in Accra just bring 700 cedis and you will have a connection the same day or if you want to pay less your name will appear on a to-do list and youn will have a connection when it's your turn

    6. the waterbill is postpaid, but if you like to you can pay an advance at the office, in case you are leaving Ghana for some time and the next bill will arrive after your departure. Just read the meter for yourself and pay for this consumption at the office then you will receive a receipt that you have paid upto last reading

    7. We don’t technically “Own” our land here in the U.S. either. Because If we don’t pay our taxes every year and you let it pile up you will find yourself out on the street. I think it will be bad business for Ghana if after your lease was up say no we won’t renew. Can you imagine how many people will demolish their property and pull out? I’m not worried.

    8. This was very interesting. I wonder why some ball player wouldn't just buy up plots for us to lease out so we can get out of dodge, while we wrap things up here?
