This example of a work breakdown structure applies to the creation of a real start-up company. The work breakdown structure consists of the mini deliverables that are used to create the company: research, content, website development, partnerships and marketing.

Each mini deliverable is divided into tasks and subtasks from there. The example shows how to account for all key activities in a semi-complex business model.
